If you shoot with the Galois P4, you already know what the hardware does. What most people have not seen is everything sitting behind it. I sat down with Tanya Gray, Director of IT Solutions at Realsee Technology USA, and Louis Pont, founder of Kybos in Southeast Queensland, Australia, and we went through the console menu by menu.

Louis captures construction, architecture, hospitality and conservation projects every week, so this is not a highlight reel. It is what the console looks like on real job sites.

Albums let you link spaces together or build a Timeline of up to 50 tours with side by side split screen comparison. That is the obvious play for construction progress, but it works just as well for day and night captures of the same property. Data Insights shows which tours are performing, how many individual viewers you are getting, and what country and city they are viewing from.

Live 3D Call lets an agent and up to four buyers walk the same tour together on their phones at the same time. Tanya shared that a Seattle broker with 52 agents calls it an online open house. Visitor Message captures leads passively through a form inside the tour, and Team Management lets you allocate credits to specific team members instead of everyone pulling from one pool.

Tanya confirmed on camera that every console feature is free. There is no premium tier to unlock any of it.

Pano to 3D takes any panorama with a 2:1 width to height ratio and lets Realsee AI stitch it into a navigable tour, which means aerial and even underwater panos work. Co-Capture merges two separate projects as long as each has at least three overlapping points. Tanya confirmed the merged result costs one hosting credit instead of two, and both original tours stay in your account.

Video Fusion fuses external video shot from the exact position of the camera into the tour, so a person can walk into frame and introduce a space. Look at the banana climbing gym tour in the Realsee gallery for the best example I have seen of it.

Area Label highlights zones and can carry its own background audio, and Model Mark flags a leak or damage in 2D or 3D. Remove Camera pulls the camera out of mirror reflections. Space Snapshot pulls still images out of the tour at Ultra HD in 16:9 with grid lines and raw data options, and it is free.

The Retouch panel handles brightness, contrast, highlights, shadows, temperature, tint and saturation without leaving the console. Replace lets you download the panos, edit them in Photoshop, Lightroom or Affinity Photo, and re-upload them.

We also got into what the console will not do yet. Realsee floor plans are not ANSI Z765-2021 compliant, which Tanya confirmed directly, and the floor label field is still capped at three characters, so US members cannot write basement or upper level. There is no AI object removal for pulling boxes, cones or people out of a finished scan, so the workaround today is download, edit, replace.

Louis walked through Modify Scan, where you drop into the point cloud viewer to mark glass and mirrors, trim the model, and manually align spaces that never physically connect. That is how he put multiple levels of a luxury hotel into a single tour.

Add-ons include manual CAD floor plans, space video, point cloud in E57 and PLY, panorama JPEGs, raw files, and cube map export, which Louis is starting to feed into 3D Gaussian Splatting software. One detail worth knowing: a tour published to Google Street View stays live on Google even if you delete the project, so removal has to be done manually on Google's side.

On pricing, Realsee has no monthly subscription. You buy credits and pay one credit per project per month for hosting. The smallest pack is 40 credits at $120 USD, and 300 credits at once is $675, which works out to $2.25 per credit.
