You should be able to import and align but only assuming your DSLR 360 photo sees the same features/edges captured by a Pro2. Just do not expect it will come with your original resolution. Matterport downscales imported 360 to 8K before processing them through Cortex.

Most likely Cortex installation is coming from the Matterport server directly(not Apple store) and Matterport only gives it to their authorised users. The change that they made appears to be a bit broader than just a fix for this issue. They changed the behavior of first load to do an asset assessment/load from the ground up. This apparently solves several issues. You could always then just downgrade again if you felt it necessary.

You can not easily remove or add info about a job to a database if you dont know its structure and fields' destine. We need a person who can create an application for iPad.

The only issue we come up with is some times he is to far away and we loose the wifi connection with the camera and loose the last scan. So if you pick an area that is in close proximity to the camera and park it, it should go fine. We find on bigger houses it works faster because one of us is marking up the APP while the other is placing the camera. I hope this helps. Ron

An unmarked sliver of a mirror went unmarked last week. It caused an errant 3D object in the hall beyond which showcase would not walk through. Marking the mirror and reprocessing the model fixed it. As you suspected the banding is cause by the florescent lights, specifically older magnetic ballast florescent lights. There is a bug logged against this issue, though it is unclear when the resolution will be available."
