For example if I make a scan I need to delete as it has been misaligned no matter how many times I try I can not delete it. And btw, my Samsung fold phone with 12GB of RAM was slower than the old Pro iPad with 6GB. Not significantly slower but about 20% slower when it aligns scans.

Help: How to scan multiple floors which are not connected? fakharimran 13 8 monthsron0987 (3581): @Sdoughtie I have tried several elevator setups and have not been able to get even one to process correctly in Matterport. I have not been able to find a single elevator add on that works. An easy resolution would be Matterport allowing us to disable floors, so like you pointed out use the staircase to build the model and then cut out each floor between the floors not needed.

We just ask the seller to let us know how much battery life it has. (They tell us the battery life indicator that pops up when they press the battery check button. This has always worked for us.) If the camera is used consistently the batteries last a very long time. If a camera has sat for years without being used, it might not take a charge at all.

I bought an eye guide camera and with a new app it works almost the same as Matterport. They don't have the dollhouse for you, but if you're not selling the house and using it for rentals. Once I get in the bathroom I'm probably about 1 ft above the vanity. Also, when you do bathrooms it's good to do a second low shot right into the bathroom. For kitchens I bring it up a little bit higher, 5.5' because everybody wants to see the countertops. When I do 360 scans outside I bring it up about 5 ft. 5 to 6 ft.

At the stairs going down to floor below, take one scan on the actual stairs just near the top step, then add/ name a new floor "Basement" etc, then move that scan to the lower floor and resume scanning down the stairs and on the lower floor.
