We’re introducing our latest proof of concept: a dual-screen home navigator. One screen displays a 360-degree first-person view of a 3D house, while the other features a floor map for real-time perspective control. Thanks Dan. I think the use cases for such an installation would be showrooms and tradeshows. A quick note about this POC. We didn't have two touch screens handy, therefore we mirrored the extended PC screen onto an iPad using a third party app, which degraded performance visibly. In the ideal world, you have a flat device like the Microsoft Surface tablet showing the floor map, and an external touch screen acting as an extended display. |
