Velbon CX690 Tripod head does not fit Matterport Pro2 plate17003

| Hi all, I have a small problem. I have a Velbon CX690 tripod with a head QB-4W, that when I try to fix the Matterport Pro2 Camera to it with it's plate, it stays a bit loose and hobly. Does the plate under the head of the Matterport Pro 2 camera comes out? I must be missing something, like an adaptor, but have already bought a couple and none of them those fix this problem. Please see pictures bellow. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what I have to do, thank you in advance. All the best,   |

| @MatterFix The main downsides of this type of product is that the level becomes hidden underneath the camera. I wish they built one a little thicker with an electronic level that turns on a green light to let you know your level, like on the side, without having to look at a little ball inside a ring, |
