[00:00:15] Daryl Fairweather: The market is moving so fast, [00:00:17] Daryl Fairweather: so being able to see a home without actually having to go and see the home, [00:00:21] Daryl Fairweather: is a real competitive advantage, [00:00:22] Daryl Fairweather: because it means they can look at a home, [00:00:24] Daryl Fairweather: look at every nook and cranny, [00:00:26] Daryl Fairweather: zoom in, zoom out before they ever actually have to go and tour the human person. [00:00:31] Daryl Fairweather: Based on a survey we did, [00:00:32] Daryl Fairweather: we learned that 78% of buyers worried that they're listing photos, [00:00:37] Daryl Fairweather: maybe altered or edited in some way that makes them not representative of the home. [00:00:42] Daryl Fairweather: When you're moving across the country, [00:00:43] Daryl Fairweather: it can be very costly to go tour home [00:00:45] Daryl Fairweather: in-person and just having a listing photos isn't enough. [00:00:49] Daryl Fairweather: Having that digital twin is so key. [00:00:51] Daryl Fairweather: It gives you the confidence to make an offer on it on sight unseen. [00:00:55] Daryl Fairweather: Our agents and sellers consider them to be an acceptable form of on home tour now, [00:00:59] Daryl Fairweather: so, it's really just become an integral part of the way that people buy homes, [00:01:04] Daryl Fairweather: at least for our customers and our agents. [00:01:06] Daryl Fairweather: I think 3D scans, [00:01:08] Daryl Fairweather: like the Matterport scan are going to become standard practice in real estate. [00:01:13] Daryl Fairweather: It could be useful to appraisers, [00:01:14] Daryl Fairweather: it could be useful to insurers. [00:01:16] Daryl Fairweather: People are just used to using this technology now, [00:01:18] Daryl Fairweather: and I don't think you can really put the genie back in the bottle. [00:01:21] Daryl Fairweather: People have experienced it and I think they're going to come to expect it from now on.

	Have you ever compared the image quality of a listing on Redfin to say Realtor or Zillow? In my eye, I can clearly see that the image quality is much better on Redfin. Not sure why, but it is. I advise agents to demo listings on Redfin versus any other site. Clearly better in my estimation. I was a Redfin fan long ago when they were an index, and the best they were, and still are.
