Urgent: Matterport capture app not opening; help please?11227

| I just completed scanning 3 locations today, 5 separate models. I was trying to upload and the app stopped uploading at 10% on first model. I tried resetting the ipad, closing out all apps and restarting the ipad. Now the app will not open, I have this happen before but after a few attempts the app worked. This time it simply will not open. I have the newest iPad pro and 491 GB space on the pad. Anyone experienced this, know what to do? Video of the behavior, thanks for any help. |

| @leonherbert The capture app worked fine for me all day today. I just tried opening it up again and had no issue. | ||
