Can Matterport model be transferred while still processing?9455

| Has anyone tried transferring ownership of a model from one account to another while its still processing? I have a couple models uploaded and processing now, and I considered just trying to transfer before they've completed, but I don't want to screw up the processing as its rather time sensitive to work on after processing is complete. |

| Unfortunately you cannot transfer a Space while it's processing, but Support can! Transferring Spaces does NOT affect processing. |

| There is an option in Matterport to edit the tour that has been placed on Google Maps through their app. I have just tried it to see what will happen if I add a second account there. I have added my second gmail email and selected it in Edit mode. I have got the following message after clicking Next: "The account you have selected is not the account we have on record as being the one used to publish the model: blahblah@gmail.com. If you are sure that you want to proceed with this account, press "Accept" below. Otherwise, press "Back" and select another account. I guess what will happen is the tour will be published under a new account but there is nothing to explain what will happen with the tour published under blahblah@gmail.com. My guess it will be transferred to the new account and removed from blahblah@gmail.com account. As for transferring during processing I personally would not do it until all panos are connected by Google. Otherwise I may run into a problem with authorizations in order to fix it on Google Maps. |

| If you edit an upload to GSV for a Space that has already been uploaded, the prior upload should be removed and the new one replaces the prior version. I believe the transfer question was related to the processing of a Space an not processing an upload to GSV. I believe that you can transfer a Space while it's still uploading to GSV. Transferring a Space should not affect that either. |

| During processing Matterport edit GSV mode is not available. But I guess and as per your previous reply Matterport Support can do even if it is still processing. | ||

| Yes, during Matterport processing, you cannot get to GSV mode, but Support can transfer your Space to a different account. We cannot upload to GSV until the Space is done processing! | ||
