Floors Flip Flopped7886

BrianM private msg quote post Address this user
Has anyone else had their floors flip flop? I just had two tours processed. I scanned the main floor first (Floor 1) and the basement (Floor 2) last and it came back the opposite.

@BrianM

For clarification, is the basement floor on the bottom and the first floor on the top?

(Whether you scan the first floor first or second does not matter.)

@BrianM This has happened with me but that was about two years ago. I figured out my trim lines were set wrong, once corrected and reprocessing corrected the issue. But as Dan asked you are saying the bottom floor processed above the main floor.

I just completed a scan where I scanned the main floor first, scanned the basement second and the upstairs third. This not my preferred method of scanning but because of sun and staging I was forced to scan in that order and it still processed thru. Can you get include a link so we can see and maybe a screen shot of each floor on your capture app.

No, just labeled were backwards. Seemed odd. I never seen this happen.
