Problems with a Matterport scan3746

 I did a re-scan this morning. During scanning I experienced a black rectangle appearing not showing the scans sometimes. ( lower left black car) Then I noticed that same area appearing on the other side not showing any scan points. I have uploaded the model and it hasn't finished processing yet, but was wondering if anybody had the same issue before. |

| In one case, it so distorted the view of what was on my iPad that I didn't trust uploading it; I rescanned with different lighting and it didn't reappear. In the second case, it seemed to take a corner off a room; I uploaded anyway and it came out fine. To the Matterport folks reading this, could you please write a technical bulletin about this and what to do? BTW is that Barker Motors in Peoria, IL?? |
