Giraffe360: Content Studio 4.0 Is Live

Giraffe360 released Content Studio 4.0 today and calls it the biggest Content Studio update yet. The stated goal is to get you from "the listing media is ready" to "the listing campaign is ready" without leaving Giraffe360.

I had a call with Samy Jeffries, the CRO at Giraffe360 that will be released on 10/13/26 where we go over all of this, it'll be a good watch!

Here's what's new:

External File Upload
Bring in the photos you take outside Giraffe360, like hero images, close-ups or aerial shots. They work with every Content Studio editor, so you can add them to an existing gallery or use them to create new content, from AI enhancements to marketing materials and websites. If you shoot drone or detail shots on a separate camera, they can now sit in the same gallery as your Giraffe360 capture.




Agent Website
Have your clients show their sellers what they could do for their home. Agent Website turns projects into an interactive portfolio where homeowners can browse photos, tours and floor plans, then contact the agent directly. Every workspace gets one Agent Website.



Multiple Workspaces 3.0
You can now move or copy projects between workspaces, and even between different organizations.



Content Studio Subscription
This is a new, separate subscription for teams that want Content Studio without a Giraffe360 camera. Subscribers can upload photos from any device or receive projects from their photographer, then edit, enhance and market them in one place. Giraffe360 says this is an additional subscription model, not a change to existing plans. The announcement does not list pricing.



My take
The part I'm watching is how the last two fit together. A camera-free subscription that can "receive projects from your photographer," plus project transfers between organizations, reads like a handoff from a photographer's account to an agent's or brokerage's account. If you shoot with Giraffe360 for agent clients, that is worth a look.
