Nothing from Support (I’m going to wait until Monday) but it is affecting my Classic account. Interestingly the spaces finished with MPEmbed are OK but the plain vanilla Matterport has no tags.

Hi @Meidansha,
Agreed, and slightly worrying as the tour is for an art auction taking place in a few days.
As a result the tour has zero value by next Thursday, and a sharply diminishing one as the days proceed.

Actually I put all my tours in the paid version of MPEmbed. It uses an older SDK so it takes longer for Matterport to "update" it. Also there are other little bonuses, like the Matterport logo is smaller.

That’s a good tip about the paid version of #MPEmbed.

Having the ability to add branding and more granular controls should be sufficient to make it attractive to the clients.

Whether it allows us to charge higher fees or just differentiate our offerings makes it a win-win.

I just put it in there with my company’s white label. I don’t charge anymore.

But if they later want to add branding etc. I charge for that.

If you share your white labeled link from the start you don’t have to worry about changing links later.

I totally agree @Gladsmuir- I'm glad it was resolved, but it's definitely unsettling that it occurred in the first place, as well as how long it took to fix.

Also, matterport offered zero explanation for why this happened, zero apology, zero offer to compensate you in any way for their mistake, zero assurance that it won't happen again in the future. They didn't inquire to how this might have negatively impacted your business. Do they care?

As others have mentioned, tags can be an intricate part of these tours that we create for our clients. If they suddenly disappear, in certain cases, the tour that we sold our clients becomes worthless and our client would have every right to be upset and even be justified in asking us for a full refund.

It's also a little suspicious, in my opinion, that the tags only disappeared from the classic accounts.

Pretty disappointing all around.
