Advanced Matterport Add-ons - Do They Show on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor?21020

| What I'm probing here are Matterport add-on services such as MPEmbed, OpenHaus, and other services that add sophistication to Matterport 3D spaces. I'm looking for advice and feedback from anyone that, in particular, has used these services to increase the value of Matterport tours and, IN PARTICULAR, has used or wanted to use the amplified output in residential real estate presentations on Zillow, Redfin and Realtor, etc. Here is a recent construction Matterport onto which I've added a navigation menu using MPEmbed. Click on a Floor, then an apartment number and you go there. I particularly love how the transition from once location to another is an actual 3D flight between the spots. Really helps emphasize the 3D model's layout. I've also done this with an estate home. However the MPEmbed link, once put into the MLS, does NOT populate to sites like Zillow, Redfin. These sites still display the plain Matterport walkthrough without the menu added in MPEmbed. I have also written to Zillow, Redfin and Realtor about this, to no avail thus far. So my question is, has anyone had success placing an "enhanced" Matterport model, using MPEmbed or any other SDK add-ons, getting it to appear on Zillow, Redfin, etc? Also, what other Matterport add-ons can deliver a tiered menu of buttons to transport one to a variety of locations within the model, like this tour, above? Most interested to learn from all of you, especially if you know of Add-ons that actually display on Zillow, etc. Thank you! |

| I’ve used Matterport Labels to provide a drop down that transports the viewer to the desired area. I scanned a 10 acre property with 3 separate buildings. A main home, guest cabin and gym/yoga studio. Labeled each along with separated video reels. Worked great. |

| I just tried using a couple Labels for navigation. It moves me between locations in Dollhouse view, but not Walkthrough Views. Am I doing something wrong? What I want to do is build a Menu that transports a visitor between Deep Link photographic views within a Matterport tour. Anyone know how? And do it in such a way that it will appear on Zillow and others? Thank you. |

| Create video reels for each labeled space. Once you click on the Labeled area of choice, you’ll see it’s video reel. Click the video reel to take you to the walkthrough. The video reels should carry over in MLS. Please correct me if I’m wrong. My understanding is that Tags and Notes do not carry over to MLS, Zillow etc. I offer unbranded for MLS and a branded tour for the realtor’s site. Which I’m sure you already do as well. Best, |
