| Good video! I've done about 100 Zillow 3D tours. A lot of those with the floor plan. According to Zillow, you got to also hit all four corners of their rooms. The primary reason for this is that it's about owning time. The longer a client or customer lingers on a 3D tour website, the greater the buy-in to the property. And I know it seems like a clever idea to just get in and out super fast, However, the downside of that is that people exit the tour quicker than they should. This is a scenario where more scan points really kind of helps. Also depends on the level of quality of service you intend to deliver. |
