Matterport Android app switches units grid: Bug?20845

| Hi guys, lately i started to have a problem with the Matterport app on Android: out of the blue and totally random the grid changes from metric to imperial. In the setting it's still set as metric though. I then have to switch to imperial and then back to metric to have it in metric. Which is annoying because it have to exit the project, go in the settings etc and this happened 3 times last time i scanned. Did you experienced that too? I tried writing the support but they have the annoying way to deal with bugs like every other modern company: they don't have the solution so they spam you with links of their support page which have nothing to do with the problem, instead of just saying "we don't know why this happens". Thank you for your help  |

| Sorry I cannot help as I have used android app only once. However I can confirm some things do not work there. For example if I make a scan I need to delete as it has been misaligned no matter how many times I try I can not delete it. And btw, my Samsung fold phone with 12GB of RAM was slower than the old Pro iPad with 6GB. Not significantly slower but about 20% slower when it aligns scans. | ||
