Hello, everyone on the WGAN forum! We are excited to join the conversation this month.

The HDPhotoHub founder and CEO, Herb Dierks, will be on WGAN-TV Live at 5 on Thursday, February 8th. Additionally, you can catch Herb on our latest HDPhotoHub webinar (video above), where he used his 26 years of industry insight to share four actionable ways to increase your Average Order Value, including the 'Power of 3' and the '12% Rule'. His tips were genuinely insightful, and this is an excellent opportunity to find that valuable nugget of information that could change your real estate media business in 2024.

HDPH COO Ian Kautzman hosts all of our live webinars, and he covered the new HDPhotoHub Dashboard Stats, how to find them, and what to look for in the first 25 minutes of the webinar. One of the main takeaways was that knowing your numbers is crucial to growing your business. This webinar is your chance to get a quick course on using your business data to understand your current numbers and set the right goals.

A major benefit of attending the live webinar is you get to chat with HDPhotoHub Onboarding Specialist Shae! Check out the last 5 minutes of the webinar to hear the team cover questions like 'What Counts as a First Time Client?'

Thank you for having us on the WGAN forum; we look forward to chatting more this month!

Welcome to We Get Around Network.

Thank you for sharing this free master class HDPhotoHub webinar on how real estate photographers can better understand their business to grow revenue through packages (among other ways).

One of my takeaways was about the Power of 3: offering Small, Medium and Large packages.

It was enlightening to hear:

1. How large the percentage of orders for Medium packages.
2. How large the percentage of orders for Small (when a photographer only offers two packages.
3. The importance package which order (Small-Medium-Large or Large-Medium-Small)

Thanks again for sharing this HDPhotoHub webinar (video recording above).

Best,

Dan

@Kevin_HDPhotoHub

I found the discussion of raising prices of interest too.

For example:

1. the rule of 12 percent
2. why increase prices annually rather than a big jump
3. charge for something that was previous free (such as rush service)

Best,

Dan

Best,
