Hi all,

I need some help.

A cliente ask me to do a 3D Tour with a OBJ file, so I will request the Matterpak,as I have never use this service before, my question is, does the 3D Tour has to be active so that the OBJ files work, or if I archive the Tour the Matterpak files still work and the client is able to use them?

Thank you so much in advance for your responses.

All tyhe best,

Pedro Teixeira

@Pedrotex69

Good news ...

The Matterport tour does not need to be public/active for the client to be able to use the Matterport MatterPak.

You may need to make the tour active to order the MatterPak, but then you can make it in active again.

Stay healthy!

Best,

Dan

Thanks Dan.

Can you give me any advice if I have to do anything different when doing my scans?

Does the camera as to be higher? Do I have to leave less space between scans, and so on.

Thanks.
