Since we shoot about 95% of our jobs as daylight HDR, we always shoot with a tripod.

My #1 way to speed up an interior shoot: walk through the house and pre-plan the shots in my head. Seems like a small thing, but it gives me a few minutes to center - to forget about the jerk who cut me off in traffic on the way, etc. - and to think about what looks best to my eye. That saves me so much time! Also, I try to develop a consistent shoot order that corresponds to the order that I want the photos to be in when delivered. These allow me more time to spend on the technical issues of the shoot and composing more carefully.

Happy New Year to all -

Keith

Tripod, for stability especially if you're shooting seven brackets like I always do for my real estate photography. I'd say my ratio to tripod shots to handheld shots is 100:1

Equipment-wise, the NUMBER 1 thing this guy should be doing differently is ditching that ballhead and getting a basic geared head like the Manfrotto 410.

I've watched him before and it drives me crazy watching him fumbling with that piece of crap ballhead.
