Has anyone else ever run into this? I have not and there doesn't seem to be much online about it. When I login to Matterport to access my Spaces, they are greyed out and I am unable to click on them to view or edit. See attached screen shot. It is very strange. Perhaps I am doing something simple wrong or perhaps my Matterport account crashed. I have a support ticket in but am pressed to get a job edited so thought I would reach out here as well.![]() |

| Did you try logging in from a different browser? E.g., Firefox or Safari rather than Chrome? | ||

| Yeah I'm thinking it's a browser issue and perhaps you might have some type of ad blocking where certain elements of the website can't be displayed because of your fort Knox level security. It's a strange thing but this tends to be a browser related issue not necessarily a platform related issue in my experience. And despite all my gripes about matterport it seems to be the most proficient platform I've really used in my whole life. | ||

| it can be a local cache browser issue. Press & hold Ctrl and press F5 a few times when you see the same again. | ||
