| To my delight MP advised earlier upon a few back and forth conversations via support, that they are not (yet?) enforcing the transfer stop from new to classic. They are instead collecting further feedback as to the impact this may have for affected users. I presume (aka expect)once they have clarity and IF they then decide to move forward with it, that an official 12 month notice period would be provided as was promised by management. Until then, sweet transferring ((-: Thank you MP for listening to feedback and taking a more measured approach. It is truly much appreciated. |

| @schaferu this may be a hint, that Matterport is completely reworking the business model, again? I would definitely do so for the following reasons: 1) the AEC business with Leica BLK and Pro2 processing and hosting for collaboration is not really fitting into the current model. You get it for 60 USD per month, which is close to nothing compared to competitors 2) And there is strong competition ahead in other industry verticals with 3D tour solutions (with Dollhouse/depthmaps) from Krpano, 3Dvista and Blender. 3) Plus there is the 3D scan solution from all those iPhone pro lidar apps. |
