Hi Guys

Did anyone tried Biganto.com ? If yes, what is the pros., cons.? Is there any other known platform which can do 3D (Not 360) Virtual Tours for the off-plan designs for the un-built spaces?

Thanks a lot.

@AhmedAttia

For 3D Virtual Tours of un-built spaces created off of plans @Conor_Brady with CAPTATE can help you:

Transcript: Captate 3D Tour is like Matterport, but for Un-Built Properties

Is that what you are looking for?

@DanSmigrod actually I am so impressed by the quality and smoothness of the final product of Biganto.

Captate and Shapespark are similar but with less quality and easiness.

Could anyone in the forum tried Biganto?

thanks @DanSmigrod

Hey @AhmedAttia,

although most of the tours on Biganto seem to be 360, but I saw one good one in 3D, although the complex UX could turn a lot of non-tech-savvy users off. The 3D render work looks good, although most design people in the US/Europe would not be used this this style of interior. From what I understand Biganto is a Russian company/team, and Shapespark Chinese owned. Depending on your region, you may want to check laws around hosting and legal recourse for bigger developments, as, from my own experience, this would be a red-flag for most developers and could lose you a project. Apart from that it looks great!

Thanks for the recommendation, please feel free to check out our new 3d streamed tours here: https://captate.com/3dtour/

Best! Conor

@Conor_Brady Thanks a lot for your reply. Actually the major clients here will be the interior designers whom i target them for the Matterport tours after project completion. I still have an issue finding Captate tours heavy during loading. But i am following you to see the updates always. We will be always in touch.

yes this new technology requires very intensive computing to get quality images to a 3D tour and it is optimised for people in in North America

No doubt Biganto delivers best of experience with the interface and buttery smooth rendering on the fly.
