	Another great option would be to stream a manual walkthrough of a virtual tour with the agent talking about the house while navigating the tour. You could use a software like e camm pro and schedule a live showing on YouTube or Facebook live that could be beneficial both live and a recording of the presentation.

	Thought about the same yesterday. It is a good service for a single remote buyer but if you do it with an agent for all who are interested it really depends on how much you want to charge for it and how much an agency is willing to pay. One inspection streaming can be made cheaper than a tour, 2 inspections probably still can be less but 3 and more and the tour seems to be cheaper. If I do it for one single buyer and move my 360 streaming camera to the spot they want(being on the phone with them) can be a valuable service if it is not too much for this service. I guess we can probably charge about $150-200 for it, which is only 10-30 minutes of work. The good thing though there may still be demand for something like this even without the virus.
