Dan -- Dear Matterport Customer, Happy Holidays! Please note that Matterport will be providing support over the next few weeks, with only a few exceptions. Beginning December 21, Matterport support will be available from 10am-4pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Please expect slightly slower response times (1-2 business days). There will be no support available on December 24, December 25, and January 1. Normal support availability will return on January 4.
