I had a serious case and I followed up on "case resolved", the rep. said "Oh! sorry about that". but then tried to send "case resolved again" a day or two after. Complete waste of time.

I don’t think there’d be many buyers for a $32K camera to do virtual tours anyway, no matter how good the image quality was! The Blink is obviously aimed at the AEC & Design space….having an entry that can capture good quality 3D data and is fast and easy to use at a price point around $32K makes really good sense!

I charge $10/month per space after the first 6 months, but I encourage them to get their own account for long term hosting. You can transfer spaces into a starter plan, but there may be limitations to transferring a space out of a starter plan.

I noticed his iguide example had a lot fewer scans that i'd typically do.

Unfortunately, there is no way to rotate the dollhouse or floor plan view and keep the specific angle. I will add this as enhancement request. Unfortunately the orientation is arbitrary.
