About the team

The Zillow Photo Team works to improve listing media content on Zillow by building relationships with professional real estate photographers [that's WGAN Members!], and to drive engagement with key content initiatives. They achieve this mission by working directly with photographers to understand their business and to demonstrate how Zillow’s tools can help them differentiate and grow.

About the role

The Manager, Partner Services will act as the strategic lead for the Zillow Photography Program and is responsible for defining the program vision and goals and driving the initiatives to achieve those goals.

As manager you will set the high-level mission for the program and oversee all activities in pursuit of that mission. You will work very closely with our Rich Media Experiences [Again, that's us!]team, helping drive adoption of their products and initiatives amongst photographers – while also providing proactive product feedback.

You will also work to communicate the Zillow Photo message internally, and collaborate our product, marketing, and operations teams to support the team’s objectives. In this role you will be responsible for leading the Zillow Photo team - empowering them to improve effectiveness in driving engagement with real estate photographers, and to develop in their own professional growth. You will partner directly with key regional and national photography partners [Again, Sounds like WGAN!!!] to help support the team in driving production from high priority partners.

● Develop and execute on strategy for growth of Zillow Photography Program
● Leading and empowering the Zillow Photo team
● Driving adoption and engagement with key Zillow listing media initiatives
● Work cross-functionally with product/marketing/operations teams
● Communicating the Zillow Photo mission, both internally and externally

Who you are

● Experience managing, motivating and staffing teams required
● Experience managing client facing employees is a plus
● 8+ years experience in a Sales/Account Management/Client Management role, with proven ability to build/maintain customer partnerships
● Able to effectively partner with customers to adopt technology products and tools
● Track record of critical thinking with a proven ability to execute, and be nimble and move fast
● Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working cross-functionally
● Strong communication skills, and comfortable working with leadership
● Experience with real estate industry a plus
● Bachelors degree preferred but not required
