Lower image quality for new processed spaces9228

mori private msg quote post Address this user
In the german facebook forum a member has posted, that they experience a lower image quality for downloadable images from new processed spaces. The image file size and so the image quality is much lower compared to the images of spaces processed a while ago.

Can anyone confirm this or has the same experience?

You need to use Photoshop’s Image Processor to increase the size of the photos as they are zipped quite small and still too small after unzipping. I experienced this awhile back because the MLS in my area started requiring larger photos to be uploaded and had Amir at Matterport help me find a solution to the problem.

Even if you resize with photoshop the quality of the delivered images is the problem. Matterport advertises and sells the cam with 4K images and 134 MP Panoramas. That´s worth nothing if I don´t have access to these promoted resources.

Having the need to manual update and fix Matterport based issues costs a lot time and money.
Does Matterport than pay me for this additional unnecessary work? Cause my client won´t.
