| I have uploaded a model with 100 scan about 26 hours ago. Still processing. I asked matterport support and i got no responxe yet. Has anyone had same problem within 24 hours? I also called matterport support but nobody answers. I am not sure if it is working time or not now. Any suggestions will be welcome. Br Ali |

| @alirizacil We've had 2 models process today with no problems. I have had models held up before. I suggest you make a small change to a trim line and re-upload your model. |
