| Hi All, The WGAN Forum Question of the Day for Tuesday, 26 March 2018) is: Do you charge extra for a Single Property Website? I may have incorrectly concluded that everyone just includes a Single Property Website for how Matterport Service Providers deliver digital assets. I noticed on this Matterport Service Provider pricing page that they charge for a Single Property Website as an Add On. (That said, it does include a custom domain registration.) Best, Dan |

| Seems to me very cheap with domain registration unless they have everything interconnected so their system generates a page for each client automatically. And even that way I do not really see any value in something like this for a property seller. Only few buyers will use search engines to find properties for sale. Without a lot of investment in SEO and advertisement that website is going to be buried in 100s if not 1000s of listings coming from MLSs. So even these few won't find it by googling. Isn't the most important point just to have it listed on the most popular MLSs in the country where it is being sold? |
