Hi All,

Here are three questions to ask a real estate agent:

1. Are you winning 100 percent of your listing presentations?
2. Are you happy with the number of premium listings that you doing in a year? (bigger $$$$$ listings)
3. Are you happy with the number of listings that you do each year?

If they answer "no" to any of these questions, the real estate agent has a problem that you can help solve.

If they answer "yes" to all three questions, stand up, congratulate them and leave. They are not a good prospect for you.

What other questions do you ask to identify a problem that you can help solve?

That's the WGAN Question of the Day for Wednesday, 13 March 2019.

Best,

Dan

P.S. If you are talking with a real estate broker, you can also ask would you like to add more tech savvy real estate agents to your team.
