| I can't imagine why but first scan post restore is going super slow between scans. Do I just download app again from app storte, or do I need to delete from ipad first???? |

| @BrianAshley Can you let us know what Matterport Support says? I'm not sure if the Matterport 3D Tours are stored within the app or stored elsewhere. So, before you delete the Matterport Capture app, seems like you would want to hear from Matterport Support (to be sure). Thanks, Dan |
