What is everyone using in terms of legal documents when shooting a new space for a client?

I am getting this set up now, and am planning to use a simple purchase agreement, a hold harmless agreement, and just a basic invoice. Is there anything else people in this forum are using? Just don't want to leave myself liable for anything I haven't thought of.
