It's not necessary to buy the Insta360 One until you have received a firm order. --------------------------- About Client [redacted] Hotels Multiple Milwaukee, Wisconsin Boutique Hotels \| Client will use Multiple Matterport Service Providers photographers to shoot up to 5 hotels each] Project Description [This is the project description for a specify hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin] Shoot a total of 57 rooms and a total of 36 suites ✓ Shoot a total of 57 rooms and 36 suites ✓ The rooms will be shot using an Insta360 One (or Insta360 One X) 360-degree camera from a location near the center of the room ✓ 3D tours of the suites will be shot using a Matterport Pro ✓ A [Client] Client Services Manager will provide the photographer with the list of rooms and suites to shoot ✓ The [Client] Client Services Manager will provide their mobile number to call should the photographer have any questions during the shoot ✓ If a room or suite becomes unavailable to shoot, call the [Client] Client Services Manager for an alternative room ✓ The [Client] Client Services Manager will coordinate all activity between the Photographer and the property ✓ Time: The photographer will meet the [Client] Client Services Manager and the representative from the hotel at 7:30 a.m. on the shoot day (Wednesday, November 7, 2018) ✓ The hotel representative will escort the [Client] Client Services Manager and photographer to each room and suite where the shoot will take place ✓ We anticipate that each room shot will take approximately 3 minutes with suites taking 5 minutes each ✓ Within each room and suite, the hotel representative will close all blinds and turn on all lights as well as provide any necessary minor “touch-up” in the room ✓ Photographer will assume that that the shoot will take place on a single day. Please include a separate cost quote of an optional second day and/or a second photographer should it be required on Thursday, November 8, 2018 Insta360 One (or Insta360 One X) ✓ Enable “white balance” on all shots prior to uploading ✓ Apply the [Client] logo to mask the tripod image on all shots ✓ Rename each image file (room and door plate) to reflect the room number in the file name (example: for room 503, the file should read roomnumber_date_time; 503_20180813_102847.jpg) ✓ Upload all Insta360 One files to the “360 Images” subdirectory in the designated Dropbox folder Matterport ✓ Use [client email address] to gain access and submit projects under the [Client] Matterport account ✓ Contact [Client] to obtain the password to the [Client] Matterport account ✓ Indicate the room number, suite number, or public space name in the Matterport Project Title, and indicate the photographer’s last name in the Internal ID field in the job information section during the upload process ✓ Terms: Photographer will execute the standard [Client] Photographer Professional Services Agreement (KPPSA) ✓ The KPPSA specifies all images remain the property of [Client] with options to specify a promotion license for the Photographer ✓ Payment terms specify 50% paid at completion of on-property shoot with the balance paid at the completion and verification of the upload process ✓ Payment by Debit Card or ACH The [first hotel] represents an iconic and historic city center hotel – Business casual attire required (button down or collared golf shirt and dress slacks/khakis) ✓ Photo quality: “good enough” ---- ✓ To quote on this project, you must be a We Get Around Network Basic, Standard or Premium Member.
