| Wondering if anyone has seen this problem. I recently added some Mattertags to a home I just scanned. All of the Mattertags appear in the model on the computer I created them on, but when viewed on my iPad or iPhone, Mattertags in 2 of the rooms are missing. This is something I haven't seen before. Any help would be appreciated. |

| I had a similar issue where the Mattertags where not being updated. I could see the adjustments in the workspace, but not on a separate tab without using the workshop (like a client would see it). I eventually fixed it by disabling a random scan and republishing. After that the updated tags showed up. Reactivated the scan that I previously disabled and published again. Kind of a weird workaround, but it somehow forced the model to be updated when I had that issue. |
