| No. I am still bumming because they are offering a $1000 discount to Realtors. On the flip side I know how difficult it is to just get $200 from a Realtor. | ||

| @DanSmigrod Sadly, I think if you had asked this question a year ago, there would have been a much more positive reply by many. I was a big fan of Matterport until they decided to turn their business (as they are entitled to do) against our shared mutual interests. While I still hold out high hopes for the future of this technology and its development from other companies (because let's be honest, it's pretty cool) my faith in Matterport as a company has wained significantly. It will take some significant addressing of my concerns and service offerings before I would consider marketing Matterport to my clients as I did when I first adopted the technology into my business over 2 years ago. I have been in the imaging business for over two decades and this was by far the most disappointing investment I have made. Not because I didn't see a value and potential in the product, but because the company itself chose to devalue it among its community of supporters and has done little to earn back our devotion. My business will be just fine without Matterport and had I had the choice to do it all over again, I would likely have gone a different direction. But hindsight is 20/20, so I look to the future when Matterport or another company on the horizon finds a way to earn my loyalty and I feel confident in the investment. | ||
