| Hello board, Happy hump day everyone, I hope your day is going well. I have a client whom I did work for before and this time they are asking for few services. There is a large land area for sale with some existing buildings which will have to come down. The property is a 2 hour drive, 100 miles BTW. I was asked to do the following. Drone services for video and still photography - HOW MUCH TO CHARGE? Landing Page for property - HOW MUCH TO CHARGE? Images with 3D rendering of property - HOW MUCH TO CHARGE? Aerial map with property marked - HOW MUCH TO CHARGE? So I have done all off these but one, and that's the 3D rendering. What the client is looking for is a was for me to create a 3d rendering of what the property would look like, including a gym, and a restaurant. This is so that the potential buyer of the land could get a idea of what is possible. I am awaiting details from the client such as, site plan. What else could I ask for for me to complete this project? I n addition, what would you charge for these services, and do you know anyone who can provide the 3D renderings? Thank you, Paul. |
