| Hi all I am working with a client adding Mattertags. They are showing in Workshop, but not in browsers. I have published in workshop, refreshed all apps, closed and re opened all apps. Still not showing outside of Workshop. Urgent help needed as client is not happy. Anybody have any ideas? Cheers Pete   |

| I had a similar issue a while back. Non of the Mattertag updates where visible after publishing. For some reason, disabling a scan and publishing it again made the MatterTags show up in browsers. Once that worked I re-enabled the disabled scan and published it again, resulting in a working published model. It was kind of a strange workaround, but I may work for you as well. Good luck! |
