| I have a 194 scan that has been uploading for the last 6 hours. iPad was complete about 3 hours ago but the wheel keeps turning (uploading) in my spaces. At what time do I push the alarm bell with MP support - which will take 2 days to answer? | ||

| @Ghagendorf I have reached out to support two different times in the last couple of weeks and had a reply within an hour. I am not sure if you are able to make a duplicate with the model uploading, but if you can, I would and upload the copy as well. |
