| I just experienced my first issue with my Matterport camera. At the tail end of a job this weekend I was scanning in 360 degree mode because I was out side and halfway thru one of the scans the camera stopped and gave me the motor failure error. I have read some post regarding this and was wondering how Matterport handled the issue. Will they send a replacement camera? If so, how quickly will it arrive. I have three Matterport jobs this week, ughhh! Any advise and/or help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance |

| I'm in Spokane Washington. There are only two Matterport photographers here and they both are busy on Tuesday and Wednesday | ||

| @lgmarketingco Did you get this error message on your camera? If not, please post a photo ... ✓ Matterport Camera indicates Hardware Error Since August 2014, I have only seen this kind of error posted in the Forum a few times. Typically, Matterport sends you a replacement Camera and has you return the defective camera in the shipping box they provide you. Please keep us posted on how Matterport handles this for you.
