About to begin sunset capture. Going from very cool inside to very hot outside.

To avoid condensation (fog) on the lenes, I opened the exterior door next to the camera to let heat slowly heat the camera for 30 minutes.

Seems like this should be sufficient.

Anyone experience fog on images by switching temperatures suddenly?

(In the car on the way to projects, I do not turn the air-conditioning on for the same reason.)

Sadly we don't have that problem in they UK. I wish we did have the kind of heat that the States get's. We have to settle for very changing weather, even now, min Jun it's only 60

Having lived more then half of my life in the States from Florida to California I know what it's like to go from the AC of the airport terminal to the intense heat and humanity of say Miami and everything instantly fogs up big time and you can almost swim in the air.
