I think is you stay with the same theme but sorta "overspray" your advertising you can get better results. Although I am a broker Matterport can be a great Agent Recruiting tool. And I have done some work for other Brokers, my friends. Here is a video I did and used the same footage several times in different formats. Take a look and if you want follow me on Youtube. Although most of my video is fashioned for Facebook, I do post it on Youtube so it is easy to access and share.

Hi George,

Please take this as some constructive criticism or just ignore it if you prefer.

I think that video missed the mark, as I have no idea what the point of that video was actually for.

I feel the footage moved far to fast and was to dark in areas to make out anything of actual interest.

Also the image that I assume was a drone that kept coming up was also very distracting. It was there for only a split second, long enough to get my attention but to short to mean anything.

The text that appeared on screen also lacked any real punch or flare to entice my interest.

I haven't attempted to make a vide like this so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. Just through I would provide some feedback tho.

I have been doing video for 5 year and what amazes me is the stuff I really like does not hit like I expect and then I do something like this and BAM it is a giant success.. I did this sorta using "Mission Impossible" editing style. It is only 30 seconds long. The fade at the "transition edits" using the drone is something one of my older friends hated and the younger people loved. Reality is the human "minds eye" records at about 22 frames per second from that point forward it is fluid. So if it is there for about half a second you see it. The transitions with the drone were at 4/5 of a second (19) frames. It worked on you as you knew what it was.

Also when I share these here you do not get benefit of the written message the client sees on the Facebook add, so muting the text to put the sunrise in perspective was part of the over all plan. The dark and sunrise is just that, dark.

Please do not think I am being defensive /negative at all, I am grateful for all comments. Here is one of my favorite videos and oddly it had one of the worst play records by cost. I think it had to soft an opening to get played in social media.
