| I do 3D tours for several builders in our area. One of them has their own account through an agent. We did a 3D tour yesterday however uploaded to the wrong account. Can I transfer 3D tour between accounts or do I have to re-upload to the right account. | ||

| I was told you can't transfer, but just re-upload on the correct account. You'll only be charged once, so them just rectify in accounting/billing. | ||

| You can transfer models between accounts. You have to open up a ticket with Matterport support and tell them which model and which accounts and they can take care of it. I just had them move two models between accounts. | ||
