Has anyone used the Matterport 'Add On' Scan to BIM service?

My concerns and questions are

1) Is the revit files AI or human modelled?

2) In relation to above, how does it handle non typical architecture forms like a hindu temple?

3) Does it capture exterior architecture elements (exterior walls, windows, roof-where the pro3 can scan), or is it purely an interior-space BIM model.
