| Has anyone else been having issues with the new Matterport app update? I recently purchased a used M4 iPad and did the app updates. Everything is running slower on new M4 after updating the app. I switched back to my M1 and figured the iPad was the issue. I had an upload issue that I needed Matterport support for and they asked me to update the app on my old device. Now everything is running slow on both devices. Processing times, wait to scan times and most notably switching to 3d to field tag can freeze or even crash the app. |
