I've been doing a lot of scanning lately with both a Matterport Pro3 and a Realsee Galois P4, and I'm hearing the same thing from more and more clients: they want CAD deliverables, not just the virtual tour.

The requests I'm getting include exterior and interior elevations, 2D floor plans in DWG, 3D models in DWG, and in some cases Revit files. Some of these clients are architects and contractors who plan to design directly from the files, so accuracy and clean layers matter.

Are there any scan to CAD services you are using to produce these deliverables?

I'd love to hear what's working for you, including:

Which service you use, and whether you send them the E57 point cloud, the Matterport MatterPak, or the Realsee data directly. What deliverables you order most often. Typical turnaround time. How pricing works (per sq ft, per sheet, per project). How happy you've been with the accuracy and drafting quality. Whether they handle both Matterport and Realsee source data.

Bonus points if you've compared Matterport's own add-ons against a third party drafting service and can share which you prefer and why.
