The new We Get Around Netowkr (WGAN) Find a Pro Map Is Live

Hi All,

I'm excited to share that the Find a Pro Map is now live:

https://map.wegetaroundnetwork.com

The map shows 3,500+ 3D capture and real estate media pros on one map. That includes Matterport, iGUIDE, Giraffe360, drone, floor plan and real estate photography pros.

For people hiring a pro, the map makes it simple:

- Search any address or city and see the pros who cover that area
- Filter by service, platform and camera
- Post a job for free and get quotes from the pros who cover the address
- Mark a rush job as Priority so matched WGAN members get a text alert right away

For WGAN members, the map is another way for clients to find you. Pin size on the map is tied to your membership plan, so members on higher plans stand out. Over the next few days we'll be updating your We Get Around Network membership tier names to the new plan names. Don't worry, the rate your currently paying today won't change.

The WGAN Directory Has Been Live, Too

In case you missed it, the WGAN Directory has been live:

https://directory.wegetaroundnetwork.com

The map pulls its pro listings from the Directory and updates automatically. If your Directory profile is up to date, your map listing is up to date. Now is a great time to check your profile: your services, cameras, service area and logo.

A Cleaner Menu Bar

You'll notice some changes to the menu bar at the top of the forum. We consolidated the menu so it's easier to get where you're going, and added two new buttons:

- Find A Pro opens the map
- Directory opens the WGAN Directory

New Membership Plans and Rates

We also launched new membership plan names and rates:

- Access
- Capture
- Elite
- Network, for companies and networks that want to reach the pros on the map

To compare the plans and see what's included, click the Membership button in the menu bar.

Tell Me What You Think

Please take the map for a spin. Search your own city, find your pin, and try posting a test job to see how it works for clients.

What do you like? What would you change? What's missing? Post your feedback below or send me a private message.

Best,

Tom

I wanted to add a quick story.

I did a soft launch of the map last week and was surprised to see a lead come in right away. The hirer needed a pro to do a Matterport 3D virtual tour of a 65,000-square-foot building under construction. The map automatically notified the pros who cover that service area.

I called the hirer to ask how he found the map, since I hadn't officially announced it yet. He told me his AI assistant found it! Not only did the assistant find the map, it also filled out the job form and submitted it for him. Pretty awesome!

I've spent a lot of time dialing in the SEO, GEO and AEO on both the map and the Directory, so that all of us show up in front of the people who are hiring. It worked!

One of the pros who sent a quote is a member of our forum, @Virtual_Homey. His quote was accepted, and he was put in touch with the hirer to do the job. Congrats, Matthew!

I'm hoping the map helps everyone in the capture community get more work.

A gentle reminder: please don't get pulled into the race to the bottom. What we do has real value, and your rates should reflect the quality, expertise and turnaround you deliver. Clients who see that value will pay for it.

Looking forward to hearing everyone's feedback and questions.

Best,

Tom

Tom,

Congratulations on the launch.
The AI-assistant lead is the most interesting part to me.

• The Language filter is valuable in South Florida, where many hirers search in Spanish or Portuguese first.

• Please consider a new service category: full-service Gaussian splat, meaning drone exterior imagery fused with a handheld interior capture (PortalCam or similar) into one navigable scene.
A hirer wants the whole property as one deliverable, not a drone pro plus a splat pro to coordinate. Listing it under both Aerial and Splatting hides the pros who deliver the complete package.

• Since agents are already filling out the job form: do you publish structured data for it (JSON-LD, an llms.txt, or a documented endpoint)?
That would make agent-submitted jobs more reliable than form scraping.

Best regards,
Ivan
