	I just want to give a public shout out to Mike at @MatterFix I ran into an issue yesterday where I was on site getting ready to scan and of course I decided to do a firmware update on the Pro3. the app showed "camera warming up" for a while. I removed the battery and reinserted it and held the power button, nothing, screen was blank. I sweated a bit then called Mike.. he picked up right away... gave me some advice on what to do, remove the battery, put it back in.. turn it on... wait a minute or two, check my wifi connection on my device (sure enough it was connected to the pro3 even though the pro3 screen was still blank). then wait a few min and it would unstick itself... he even insisted on waiting on the phone with me while this process took its course. a few minutes later and I was all set! Thanks Mike... truly went above and beyond.... $50 burger on me next time I see ya! if your pro3 is having issues, check out Matterfix.

@TomSparks - I couldn't agree with you more.

Two of our team were out with our Pro 3s scanning a 75K sf supermarket. It was a "divide and conquer" job splitting up the store and then merging models later. An employee came around a corner unannounced and one of the Pro 3s went down on solid concrete. The rest of the shoot was actually completed but that camera made such a racket - the noise could raise the dead. Amazingly, the scans captured with the loud noise still worked, but Wow, scary.

Sent it to Mike, and it's worked perfectly ever since, even quieter than a newer Pro 3. Mike knows these cameras inside and out and his repair turnaround is just days. He's a blessing to the entire Matterport ecosystem.
