Anyone had this issue and solution? The stitch is extremely visible when in tight places.od this a software issue I can resolve, or a physical issue with the lens?

with this being multiple panos would lead me to believe it is hardware.

this done with a Ricoh or an Insta? quick way to rule out the Zillow software would be to shoot the pano in the Zillow app then leaving the camera in place shoot the pano again with the native Ricoh or Insta app

Z1 is my daily for Zillow tours but occasionally I will use a Theta X as well

I do not own a new enough Insta360 to test on Zillow tours

another home in the same neighborhood as the tour I just shared appears to have been taken with an Insta360 and shows a bit of stitching errors but not as extreme as I was seeing in yours

*note I didn't shoot the property below ~ navigation on the tour below really should have been cleaned up:

I have two options for you. The first is to use Photoshop’s generative Phil, which usually solves the appearance problem. The second suggestion is to shoot your Z1 and Raw or with three brackets and then use PTgui to do the stitching. If it appears in the stitching, you can adjust it by using control point in PTgui

@trueview360s

While that may correct the image ~ Zillow currently doesn't allow users to upload 360 images to build a tour. The Zillow 3D home tour platform is camera to consumer

I'd also suggest in the help section "Additional Help" at the bottom submit the tour explaining the stitch issues ~ let them know model of your camera and which firmware is currently installed and also share the tour link
