| I'm assuming there is a basic solution, I just couldn't find it anywhere. I have a small shopping center that was scanned by a consultant. Actually, it was just one of the units that was scanned. I was hoping to get about 15' out the front and 15' out the back of the space. Instead, the technician scanned the interior....then walked around and scanned the exterior of the entire center. Is there a way for me to just trim this down to the one unit I need. I'm thinking I need to trim before I grab the E57 file, generate a floor plan, etc. |

| @rhelling If I remember correctly you can trim it in the editing feature before ordering E57. | ||

| Via Matterport online: I would duplicate the tour so you don't loose anything. Then hide all the scan points around the center that are unnecessary. Next use the trim tool to remove the excess prior to order. If you have the original. Matterport tour on an ipad. Basically do the same idea. I would duplicate the tour so you don't loose anything. Then remove all the scan points around the center that are unnecessary. Next use the trim tool to remove the excess spray. Upload the tour as a duplicate and order the E57 file if everything looks good. |

| I was talking about going into the 3d editor and removing excessive details. But @VTLV makes a great point duplicate the project. | ||
