The deliverable options are more robust than I expected. You get PDF and JPEG as standard, but you can request PNG, SVG, or DWG at no extra cost. Templates include black and white schematics, colored floor plans, textured floor plans showing actual flooring materials, furniture overlays, 3D floor plans, and site plans. You can upload your own logo or a custom agent template and save it so every future order for that client automatically comes back branded. Multi-user account management is also live, meaning your contractors or staff can scan under your account without seeing pricing or billing. Pricing starts at $11 for a floor plan plus site plan at 24-hour turnaround, $3 more for a 10-hour expedited option, and another $3 if you want the 3D version. If you are in a market where floor plans go for $150 to $200 (I am, and I confirmed this live on camera), the margin math is not complicated. Roomio is currently operating in about 28 countries, with Australia and the US making up the majority of volume, and they are producing around 1,000 floor plans a month. ANSI Z765-2021 compliance is unofficially being met on standard orders, with the formal certification process starting soon. A few things that came up in the conversation that I thought were worth flagging: the floor plan amendment tool (room label editing, measurement corrections) is in development targeting mid-Q3, the ability to pause and resume a scan mid-job is also on the roadmap, and volume pricing is available for anyone doing more than 100 properties per month by contacting their sales team. There is also a property report feature in the pipeline that includes individual room sizes, ceiling height, flooring type, and energy efficiency data, which could be a standalone upsell for agents down the road.
