| I have a new real estate client that is using a a media person but each property has no outside front and back 360s. What is a reason NOT to do it if the property has great views front and back? | ||

| I’d say it’s property dependent & to a lesser extent platform dependent With Zillow I typically will grab a front & backyard in addition to any exterior features (patios, fire pits, pool, deck, out buildings, etc) Matterport I typically just grab the home interior and decks/patios if an outbuilding is close enough to walk a camera I will if not depending on the job I’ll pick up important outbuildings in a second tour |

| Direct sunlight with the Pro2 can be a bear to connect exterior spaces To the waters edge on a vertical property (I didn't have access to the detached garage on this property): |
